Your record of who owns each unit in the pool. Owners are never asked to fill anything in — you enter their details here, and from then on producing a statement is a matter of picking a room. Each unit with an owner saved gets its own permanent statement link, and the ticks decide which periods that owner receives. Sending an invitation emails the owner to confirm their unit is in the pool — that confirmation is their consent — and it makes them a Tipsy Club member of I’ll Drink to That!: 10% off wines and spirits, which applies only while their partner balance is zero, so any balance you transfer to them is spent first.
